17-12-2015 Heard Sri Ashok Kumar Jha, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Md. Sufiyan, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor. The petitioner, who is in custody since 15-07-2015 in Mejorganj P.S. Case No. 169 of 2015 registered for the offence under Sections 399, 402, 307, 216A of the Indian Penal Code and sections 25(1-b)a, 26, 27, 35 of the Arms Act, 1959, has prayed for grant of bail.
It was submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that falsely recovery of one country-made loaded pistol was shown from possession of the petitioner, whereas, the petitioner is having clean antecedent, which has been mentioned in paragraph - 3 of the petition.
Keeping in view the nature of accusation, period of
