ABHISHEK REDDY ORAL ORDER 11-07-2023 Learned counsel appearing for the respondents stated that as per the Notification made under the Bihar Targeted Public Distribution System (Control) Second Amendment Order, 2022, if any person is aggrieved by the non-selection or selection of a candidate, the remedy available to the aggrieved person is to approach the Divisional Commissioner by way of complaint.
Having regard to the same, the writ petition is disposed off with a direction to the petitioner to approach the Divisional Commissioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On filing of the said complaint, the Divisional Commissioner shall dispose off the
Patna High Court CWJC No.20156 of 2018(2) dt.11-07-2023 2/2 same in accordance with law duly putting notice to the parties within a period of 12 weeks thereafter.
