2. The present application has been preferred for the following relief(s):

(i) For directing the state respondents to settle the land in question in favour of the petitioner for which recommendation has already been given by the appropriate authority vide Anx- 5, 6, 8, and 9.

(ii). Subsequently directing the respondents to open zamabandi in the name of the mother of the petitioner and to grant rent receipt in his favour in lieu of payment of rent;

(iii). Holding and declaring that

(iv). Any other relief and reliefs which the petitioner may be found entitled to.

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he shall be filing a fresh petition before Appropriate Revenue Authority for the redressal of the grievance. He further submits that a representation is already pending before the respondent- DCLR, Patna Sadar.

5. Without commenting on the merit of the case and allowing the petitioner to agitate the matter before the concerned DCLR, Patna Sadar, the writ petition is disposed of. (Rajiv Roy, J) Vijay Singh/- U
