The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Ramgarh P.S. Case No. 183 of 2016 registered under Sections 406 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code. The allegation against the petitioner is of cheating, fraud and criminal breach of trust.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is quite innocent and has committed no offence. It is also submitted that this case has been lodged by the informant under pressure of the superior officer to save the skin of the concerned departmental authorities. Further submission is that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
