The petitioners are in custody in connection with Jhajha P.S. Case No. 106 of 2019 for the offences under Sections 392 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent and they are in custody since 20.06.2019. He further submits that petitioners are not named in the F.I.R. and yet he has not been put on TIP.
