The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Kako P.S. Case No.02/17 registered for offence punishable under Sections 302, 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioner along with other accused persons is of committing murder of the daughter of the informant. The petitioner is Nandosi of the deceased Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner is Nandosi of the deceased and no specific allegation has been attributed against the petitioner. Further submission is that the husband, father-in-law, mother -in-law of the deceased are the main accused of this case. The petitioner is in custody since 25.04.2017.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Rakesh Kumar Rajak, Sub-Judge, Jehanabad, in Kako P.S. Case No.02 of 2017, subject to the conditions that (i) one of the bailors of the petitioner shall be a local person having sufficient immovable property within the jurisdiction of the concerned court. (ii) The petitioner will not induce any witness or tamper with the evidence. (iii) The petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court and on the event of failure on his part to appear before the court below on two consecutive dates without showing any genuine reason, his bail bond shall be cancelled.
