The petitioner is in custody since 11.06.2019 in connection with Majorganj P.S. Case No. 98/19 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 272/273/414 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) Bihar Prohibition Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the alleged recoveries were from the house of Rammeshwar Sahni and not from the present petitioner. It is further submitted that the petitioner has no criminal antecedents.

In view of the aforementioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand)
