JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 10-08-2017 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Alamnagar P.S. Case No. 157 of 2016, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 344, 323, 467, 468, 471, 420 and 120-B of the Indian Penal Code.

The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner and one another accused person had committed forgery with the intention of illegally grabbing the land of the father of the informant and had also engaged in skirmish with the informant side.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the case is purely of civil nature, the sale deed, which is annexed with the petition, bears not only the signature of the

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it fit and proper to enlarge the petitioner on regular bail.

Accordingly, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Udakishunganj, Madhepura in connection with Alamnagar P.S. Case No. 157 of 2016.
