Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with a case registered under Sections 147, 149, 341, 342 and 353 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation in brief is that the petitioners blocked the road and traffic due to tension ensued because of a land dispute between two persons leading to communal tension. Submission is that the petitioners were assaulted by the other side for which they have lodged Sultanganj P.S. Case No.18 of 2017. Out of three cases criminal antecedent mentioned in the petition, two arises out of the same offence. There is no

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest/surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the concerned court, let the petitioners, namely, Munna Kumar and Monti Kumar @ Monti be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Ashutosh Kumar Rai, J.M. 1st Class-cum-Additional Munsif, Patna City, District- Patna in connection with Sultanganj P.S. Case No.20 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
