2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under section 392 of Indian Penal Code .

3. As per the prosecution case, two unknown miscreants riding on a motorcycle , on the point of pistol snatched cash of the informant.

4. It is submitted the petitioner is not named in the FIR and his name has transpired during investigation on the confessional statement of other co-accused person. No looted article has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner and he is no way connected with the alleged occurrence .

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that petitioner has got 4 criminal

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.62975 of 2023(2) dt.17-10-2023 2/2 antecedents of similar nature .
