Mr. Yogesh Chandra Verma, learned Senior counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and learned APP appearing for the State.

Petitioner seeks bail in Masaurhi P.S. Case No. 320 of 2016, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26/35 Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner's prayer for bail was earlier rejected vide order dated 17.03.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 54274 of 2016 with an observation that the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after remaining one year in custody.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.39117 of 2017 (3) dt.13-09-2017 2/2 petitioner is in jail since 13.07.2016. The petitioner has already remained in jail about fourteen months.

Considering the facts aforesaid the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Masaurhi, District Patna, in Masaurhi P.S. Case No. 320 of 2016.
