JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 05-01-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. One country made loaded pistol and two live cartridges are said to have been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner, who does have criminal antecedent of two cases but for the above stated recovery petitioner is languishing in jail custody since 23.07.2015.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Aurangabad ( M) P.S.Case No. 160 of 2015.
