Patna High Court CWJC No.15967 of 2022(2) dt.20-03-2024 2/2 Sewika/Sahayika Selection Appeal Case No. 18/2018 and subsequently the selection of petitioner has been cancelled and the respondent no. 6 has been reinstated for the Post of Aanganbadi Sewika, Rampur Panchayat Ward No. 12.

(ii) For issuance of appropriate writ (s), order (s), direction (s) to the respondent concerned to reinstate the petitioner on the Post of Aanganbadi Sewika in Rampur Panchayat Ward No. 12."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, including that of filing a civil suit before the learned civil court of competent jurisdiction. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
