2. This application has been filed for modification of order dated 01.08.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 40842 of 2023 by this Court to the extent of extension of period of surrender.

3. Due to inadvertence in the prayer portion of the main petition instead of 'C.J.M, Gaya' it has wrongly typed as 'Session Judge Gaya'. Same error has occurred in aforesaid order dated 01.08.2023 . Accordingly , learned counsel for the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.74439 of 2023(2) dt.03-11-2023 2/2 petitioner requests for necessary correction in the order.

4. In view of the aforesaid fact, in last paragraph of the order dated 01.08.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 40842 of 2023, 'Session Judge Gaya' be read as 'C.J.M, Gaya' and further four weeks' time from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order is granted to the petitioner to surrender and furnish bail-bond before the court below. subject to deposit of Rs. 5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand) to the concerned District Legal Services Authority .

5 . Accordingly, order dated 01.08.2023 passed in Cr. Misc, No. 40842 of 2023 is modified to the above extent only. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) Koushik/- U
