2. The petitioners seek bail in connection with Parihar P.S. Case No. 244 of 2025 registered for the offence under Section 30(A) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act, 2022.

3. As per the prosecution case, the recovery is of 916 liters of illicit liquor.

4. The petitioners are in custody since 25.07.2025.

5. Considering the quantum of recovery and the period of custody of the petitioner, this application is allowed.

6. Let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand)

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.62959 of 2025(2) dt.23-09-2025 2/2 with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge, Exclusive Excise Court-I, Sitamarhi/concerned Court below in connection with Parihar P.S. Case No. 244 of 2025.

7. As a condition of this order, the petitioners, after being released on bail are directed to mark his attendance at Parihar Police Station on every Sunday of each month.
