Case No. 114 of 2021 registered for the offence under Section 147 / 148 / 149 / 341 / 323 / 324 / 448 / 379 / 302 / 427 / 354 of the I.P.C. inasmuch as bail application of the petitioner was rejected earlier vide order dated 09/03/2022 in Cr. Misc. No. 32638 of 2021.

It has been informed by learned counsel for the parties that trial is at the verge of completion and the case is fixed for argument after examination of the accused under Section 313 Cr.P.C.. Accordingly, I am not inclined to grant regular bail to

The petition stands rejected.

Let the trial be concluded within a period of three months.
