"A. A writ in the nature of Mandamus or any other appropriate Writ, Order/s, or Direction/s to set up a Special Investigation Team or refer the matter to the Central Bureau of Investigation/Crime Investigation Department, as this Hon'ble Court deems fit, to carry
Patna High Court CWJC No.15724 of 2025(2) dt.07-11-2025 2/2 out an independent investigation into Lakhisarai P.S. Case Nos. 192/2025 and 193/2025 in a time-bound manner following the due process of law.
B. For any other relief/s to which the petitioner is found entitled for."
2. It would be relevant to take note of the fact that, on the basis of complaints, the authorities concerned have already registered two FIRs, i.e., Lakhisarai P.S. Case Nos.192/2025 and 193/2025, instituted in respect to the allegations made therein.
3. Since, the investigation in the aforesaid cases is already in progress, it would not be appropriate for this Court to interfere at this stage. It is expected that the Investigating Officer shall conduct the investigation with all fairness and submit a police report at the earliest so that the criminal cases reach their logical conclusion.
4. With the aforesaid observation, the present writ application stands disposed of.
