====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE JYOTI SARAN and HONOURABLE JUSTICE SMT. NILU AGRAWAL ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE JYOTI SARAN) 26-10-2018 Heard Mr. N.K. Singh, learned Counsel for the petitioner. No writ petition can be filed for the self same cause of action, especially where on the earlier occasion, the petitioner has chosen to withdraw the writ petition for moving the respondents herein, in the matter and whereupon they were required to examine the grievance as manifest from Annexure P/1. In case, request so made by the petitioner, has not been granted by the Commission, the forum for the petitioner to espouse his grievance would be otherwise and not by way of a second writ petition.

Patna High Court CWJC No.20638 of 2018 (2) dt.26-10-2018 The writ petition in the circumstances noted is misconceived and is dismissed accordingly.
