Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 153(A), 153(B), 295(A), 341, 323, 353, 327, 379, 427, 435, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and 3/4 of Prevention of Damage to Public Property Act, 1984.

According to FIR, a mob of 25 person was attempting to create communal disharmony and they obstructed in discharge of official duty of the public servant and they allegedly damaged the public property.

Submission is that petitioner is in custody since 15.06.2019. He has got no criminal antecedent. Investigation of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.58031 of 2019(2) dt.19-09-2019 2/2 the case is already complete against the petitioner. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Sourbazar (Baijnathpur) Police Station Case No.176 of 2019, subject to the condition that both bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below and further the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
