====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 23-09-2025 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sonepur P.S. Case No. 746 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. There is recovery of 20.55 litres of illicit foreign liquor.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. The petitioner is in custody since 27.07.2025.

5. Learned APP for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer of regular bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.63759 of 2025(2) dt.23-09-2025 2/2 and the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner, this application for regular bail stands allowed.

7. Accordingly, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court of 2nd Exclusive Excise Judge, Saran at Chapra/concerned Court below in connection with Sonepur P.S. Case No. 746 of 2025 subject to the condition that:- (i). The petitioner is directed to mark his attendance in Sonepur Police Station on every Sunday of each month. Failure to do so, will result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner.
