After getting confidential information regarding assemblage of anti-social elements for commission of an occurrence, raid was conducted and during course thereof, three persons, namely, Vishnua Kumar Sao @ Vicky, Rabindra Kumar @ Guddu, Amarjeet Kumar were apprehended along with two motorcycles. On search, apart from other articles, firearms were also recovered. On query they disclosed names of their associate who managed to escape and petitioner happens to be one of them. Though as per para-3, petitioner has got criminal antecedent but considering the nature of the material having against him, petitioner Amar Kushwaha @ Amar Chandrabanshi is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned A.D.J.,
