JUSTICE PURNENDU SINGH ORAL JUDGMENT Date : 17-07-2023 Heard Mr. Ajit Kumar, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners, Mr. Subhash Chandra Mishra and Mr. Pramod Kumar Singh, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State and Mr. Sunit Kumar, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Magadh University, Bodh Gaya.

2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Magadh Univerisy, Bodh Gaya informs that entire retiral dues payable to

Patna High Court CWJC No.15324 of 2022 dt.17-07-2023 2/2 the petitioners on different heads has already been paid to them and the amount has also been credited into their Bank account.

3. The petitioners if so advised may file detail representation before the Registrar, Magadh University, Bodh Gaya for payment of up to date interest till the date of payment of retiral dues.

4. Representation of the petitioners are directed to be disposed of by the Registrar, Magadh University, Bodh Gaya within a period of six weeks and entire dues on account of any remaining admissible dues and interest must be paid within the aforesaid period.

5. With the above observation and direction the writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to the Registrar, Magadh University, Bodh Gaya to dispose of the representation of the petitioner within a period of six weeks from the date of filing of the representation and make payment of the all admissible dues within the said period.
