2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 353, 506, 332, 333, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, acting on a secret information that dreaded criminal Jai Prakash Rai @ Chhuri and other criminals had assembled with weapons near Bandh, police party reached there and on seeing the police party, Jai Prakash Rai and his associates tried to flee. They also attacked on the police party. However, one person namely Prem Shankar Prasad was caught by the police who disclosed the name of the petitioner as one of the members who had attacked on the police party.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been made accused in this case on the disclosure made by co-accused who was apprehended on spot. Allegation of assault is general and omnibus. Petitioner is in custody since 05.06.2025. Charge-sheet has been submitted.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as period of custody, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned District Additional Sessions Judge-15, Saran at Chapra in connection with Mufassil Chapra P.S. Case No. 263 of 2023 dated 09.04.2023.
