====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 15-09-2017 Heard Sri Pankaj Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Addl. Public Prosecutor. Two petitioners, who are in custody since 20.05.2017 in Nawada P.S. Case No.316/2017 registered for the offence under Sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016, have prayed for grant of bail.

Learned counsel for the petitioners , by way of referring to the statements made in paragraph-3 of the petition, submits that the petitioners are having clean antecedent and on false accusation of recovery of huge quantity of country-made liquor, they have been arrested.

Considering the nature of accusation, period of custody as

No.35494 of 2017(4) dt.15-09-2017 2/2 well as clean antecedent, let both the aforesaid petitioners, namely, (i) Sunil Kumar and (ii) Anand Kumar be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-( ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Addl. Sessions Judge-II, Nawada in connection with Nawada P.S. Case No.316/2017.
