The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 452, 341, 323, 354, 504, 506, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The prosecution case is that the petitioner entered into the house of the informant and tried to outrage the modesty of the daughter of the informant. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that on 21.09.2013 the petitioner filed Complaint Case No. 415 of 2013 against the informant levelling accusation under Sections 323, 420 and 406 of the Indian Penal Code, thereafter the present case has been registered on 25.11.2013. Statement has been made in para-3 of the petition
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.56149 of 2015 (2) dt.10-12-2015 that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
Considering the case lodged by the petitioner side is at earlier point of time, let the above named petitioner be released on bail in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in connection with Bajpatti P.S. Case No. 243 of 2013, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
