2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted for the offences under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the police, on suspicion, apprehended the petitioner and on search, 34 screen touch mobile set and a purse containing Aadhar Card, Debit Card, Pan Card, ATM Card and some documents were recovered from him.

4. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 07.07.2023 and has got no criminal antecedent. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. Charge-sheet has been

As per the prosecution case, 34 mobiles are said to have been recovered. The petitioner had no knowledge that the mobiles are stolen property.

5. On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the F.I.R.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below/concerned Court in connection with Patna Junction (Rajendra Nagar) P.S. Case No. 578 of 2023.
