Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 3989 of 2012 registered under Section-498A of the Indian Penal Code and u/S 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act. Petitioner happens to be elder brother-in-law of the complainant and no specific overt act has been attributed against him.
