The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 354, 379, 307, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the petition with regard to petitioner No. 4 namely Md. Shaukat @ Md. Shaukat

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.71829 of 2021(3) dt.20-07-2022 2/3 Alam since he has been arrested.

Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the petition with respect to petitioner No. 4 is dismissed as withdrawn.

It is alleged that all the F.I.R named accused persons including the petitioners assaulted the informant and other family members of the informant.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that in the background of some land dispute, this false case has been lodged against the petitioners. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners. There is counter version of the occurrence also and petitioners' side also sustained injuries in separate incidence. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

In the facts and circumstance of the case, let the petitioners, above named, except petitioner No. 4, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court

No.71829 of 2021(3) dt.20-07-2022 3/3 below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Katihar in connection with Abadpur P.S.
