JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 04-04-2017 Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the application in terms of Judgment of this Court reported in 2015 (3) PLJR page 806 because only summons has been issued against the petitioner and, therefore, this anticipatory bail application is not maintainable. It has further been submitted that the court below has directed the petitioner to surrender and make prayer for regular bail.

In such circumstances, the application is dismissed as withdrawn.
