JUSTICE PRAKASH CHANDRA JAISWAL ORAL ORDER 04-09-2019 Petitioner has filed this modification application to correct the father's name of appellant no.13 - Golu Kumar Mahto @ Avinash Kumar @ Avnish Kumar in title portion of the order dated 24.07.2019 passed in Criminal Appeal (SJ) No.2596 of 2019 submitting that as per the F.I.R., the father's name of Golu Kumar Mahto @ Avinash Kumar @ Avnish Kumar is Ramu Mahto but, inadvertently, it has been typed as Subhash Singh in the criminal appeal petition and, accordingly, the said mistake emanated in the cause title portion of the order dated 24.07.2019.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, the order dated 24.07.2019 passed in Criminal Appeal (SJ) No.2596 of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.56285 of 2019(2) dt.04-09-2019 2/2 2019 is modified to the extent as indicated above and the petitioner is directed to surrender before the learned Court below within two weeks from the date of communication of this order.
