2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Nokha (Dharmpura) P.S. Case No.243 of 2018, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code as well as Sections 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.
3. According to FIR, petitioner is elder father of coaccused Rahul Gupta, whose marriage is said to have settled with the daughter of the informant, which later on due to demand of Rs.12 lacs broke down.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. He has got no concern with the alleged negotiation. He is separate in mess and business. It is further

Several co-accused, with similar allegation, has already been allowed pre-arrest bail by a co-ordinate bench of this Court vide order passed in Cr.Mis.No. 33629/2022.
5. Considering the fact of the case, let petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Nokha (Dharmpura) P.S. Case No.243 of 2018, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) shashi/- U T
