The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offence under section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation is of theft of a motorcycle and the FIR has been lodged against unknown person. The petitioner along with others was apprehended from a mechanic shop from where ten stolen motorcycles were recovered. Petitioner was arrested on 08.05.2017. He also submits that on the basis of such arrest, other co-accused Cham Cham Ram has already been allowed bail by a Bench of this Court vide order dated 11.07.2017, passed in Cr.Misc.No. 30293 of 2017.
