JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 15-07-2019 Pursuant to the earlier order of this Court dated 20.06.2019, though the gratuity amount has been paid, the pensionary benefits have not been revised as per the 7th Pay Revision.

Having regard to the limited grievance left to be redressed as far as the pesionary benefits of the petitioner is concerned, i.e. to the effect that the pensionary benefits are required to be revised on the basis of 7th Pay Revision and the petitioner is entitled to a sum of Rs. 1,000/- per month as medical allowance, I deem it fit and proper to direct the petitioner to approach the respondent no. 2 by filing an appropriate representation within a period of two weeks from today and in case such a representation is filed, the respondent

Patna High Court CWJC No.20103 of 2018(4) dt.15-07-2019 2/2 no. 2 shall ensure revision of pensionary benefits, if payable, and further examine as to whether a sum of Rs. 1,000/-, per month, is payable on the head of medical allowance. Appropriate orders in this regard are directed to be passed by the respondent no. 2 within a period of six weeks of filing of the representation by the petitioner.

The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
