JUSTICE JITENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 22-11-2024 The present application has been filed for modification of order dated 21.05.2024 passed by this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 30804 of 2024 whereby the Petitioner was directed to be enlarged on anticipatory bail.

2. Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that inadvertently the Petitioner in his bail petition could not mention two criminal antecedents and hence, bail bond is not being accepted by learned Court below as per terms and condition of the said order dated 21.05.2024.

3. Admittedly, there is no typographical mistake in the order dated 21.05.2024. It is on account of default of the Petitioner to mention all the criminal antecedents, the said

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.67325 of 2024(3) dt.22-11-2024 2/2 criminal antecedent could not come in the impugned order. Hence, there is no question of modification of the order dated 21.05.2024. At most, the Petitioner is given liberty to file fresh anticipatory bail application stating all the facts and circumstances including the criminal antecedents of the Petitioner.
