The petitioner is accused in connection with Kotwali (Tilkamanjhi) P.S. Case No. 504 of 2016 for the offences under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

The FIR was lodged against unknown. The petitioner was remanded in this case on 23rd January, 2017. However, as per the statement made in para-13, the petitioner was not put on Test Identification Parade.

Considering the fact that the petitioner is in custody since 23.1.2017 and no effort was made to put the petitioner on TIP, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.36097 of 2017 (2) dt.10-08-2017 2/2 furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Bhagalpur or the successor Court in connection with S.T. No. 471 of 2017 corresponding to Kotwali (Tilkamanjhi) P.S. Case No. 504/2016 (G.R. No. 3270/2016), subject to the condition that the petitioner will extend full cooperation in conclusion of the trial and will not, in any manner, tamper with the evidence and influence the witnesses.
