This writ application has been filed for the following relief/s:- "(i) For issuance of Writ of Mandamus commanding the respondents to fill up the entire vacancy of Librarians in Secondary and Higher Secondary Schools including the Project Schools controlled and managed by Jila Parsad, Samastipur pursuant to the Advertisement issued by the respondents contained in Annexure P1 to this application.

(ii) Further appropriated writ be issued commanding the

Patna High Court CWJC No.14171 of 2023(2) dt.12-12-2024 2/3 respondents to appoint the petitioner on the post of librarian under general category in such schools on sanctioned vacant posts which were not filled up by the respondents arbitrarily and the same are still vacant. (iii) For grant of any other reliefs for which the petitioner is found entitled in the facts and circumstances of the case."

After some arguments, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner requests for disposal of the present writ application granting liberty to the petitioner to raise his grievances by filing fresh representation before the Zila Parisad through its Chairman, District- Samastipur (Respondent No. 6), along with all the necessary documents and details in support of his claim.

4. In view of the limited nature of prayer, this writ application is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file representation before the Zila Parisad through its Chairman, District- Samastipur (Respondent No. 6) along with all the necessary documents and details in support of his claim within a period of four weeks from today.

5. In the event the petitioner files his representation within the stipulated period, the Zila Parisad through its Chairman, District- Samastipur (Respondent No. 6) shall dispose of the same, in accordance with law, after hearing the
