====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 16-09-2025 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The petitioners seek regular bail in connection with Itarhi P.S. Case No. 232 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 190, 191(2), 191(3) and 103 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

3. The petitioners are accused of killing the deceased. Though there are general and omnibus allegations against the petitioners in the F.I.R., the case diary in paragraph 2 contains a specific statement of the informant that it was Sandeep Singh who had killed the deceased. The informant has not attributed any role to the petitioners. The petitioners are in custody since

4. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

5. Considering the nature of the allegations and the period of custody, this application for regular bail is allowed.

Let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar/concerned Court below in connection with Itarhi P.S.
