The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 504, 384 and 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case is that when the informant was sitting on his Darwaja the accused persons came and abused. It is alleged that petitioner no. 1 conveyed that he

In the meantime, co-accused Nand Kishore Singh resorted to fire but did not cause any injury when with the butt of the pistol hit on the chest of the informant when the wife of the informant came to rescue then co-accused Raj Kishore Singh and Chandra Kishore Singh pushed her on the ground by catching her hair locks and co-accused Nand Kishore Singh took out gold chain worth Rs.18,000/-.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that it is only alleged against the petitioner no. 1 is that he threatened the informant to plough his land. No specific overt act has been alleged against the petitioners. A statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent and subsequently informant has retracted from the initial version and filed a petition to that effect before the learned court below.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial
