JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 10-10-2018 Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the University has submitted that in view of this Court's decision in the order dated 27.08.2018, passed in CWJC No. 12195 of 2018 (Sharda Kumari @ Sharda Priyadarshani Vs. Jai Prakash Vishwa Vidyalaya (University), Chapra and Ors.), the University has taken a decision to publish the results of candidates similarly circumstanced. He states that once the petitioner approaches the University with requisite fee, his result shall be published. This application is, accordingly, disposed of with a direction that if the petitioner approaches the University, his result shall be immediately published. If the petitioner applies for migration, the University immediately act on that.
