This is an application for bail in connection with Chakmahesi P.S. Case No. 9 of 2015 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302 and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation against the petitioner and other co-accused persons is of setting the deceased on fire. However, it appears from the impugned order that charge sheet has been submitted in this case under Section 306 IPC.
Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that material collected during course of investigation shows that there was altercation took place between the parties and due to which she committed suicide and at best there is allegation against the petitioner is of disposing of dead body and further he is in custody for six and a half months.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-I, Samastipur, in connection with Chakmahesi P.S. Case No. 9 of 2015, subject to the following conditions :- (1) One of the bailors shall be a local person having sufficient immoveable properties in the jurisdiction of court concerned, (2) Petitioner shall co-operate in disposal of trial and appear on each and every date in court and on failure to appear on two consecutive dates without any genuine reason or without permission of court, his bail bond shall be cancelled.
