1. Heard learned Counsel for the parties concerned.

The petitioner has filed the present writ application for quashing the memo no.917, dated 22.09.2012, by which the Registrar, Veer Kunwar Singh University, Ara, has forwarded the three-men inquiry report to the Director, Higher Education, Human Resource Development Department, Patna, insofar as the same relates to the petitioner.

3. Learned Counsel for the University submits that the

Patna High Court CWJC No.2357 of 2016(4) dt.29-03-2024 2/2 petitioner is working in the affiliated college and a threemen committee was constituted for verification of the educational qualification of the teachers holding the post of Assistant Professor. The enquiry report pertains to all the teachers working in the affiliated college. No decision has been taken by the University on the basis of the enquiry report and the same has only been forwarded to the Director, Higher Education, Human Resource Development Department, Patna.

4. In view of the aforesaid submission, this Court is of the opinion that the present writ application is premature.

5. Accordingly, this writ application is dismissed as premature with liberty to the petitioner to approach this Court if any decision, adverse to the interest of the petitioner, is taken by the University and/or the Director, Higher Education, Human Resource Development Department, Patna.
