The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in connection with Dhamdaha P.S. Case No. 191 of 2014, registered for offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 366A, 379 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the case of kidnapping of informant's wife, namely, Gunjan Kumari. The said Gunjan Kumari fled away with the petitioner out of her own sweet will as

It has further been submitted that informant earlier has also filed a case against the petitioner for kidnapping of her wife, but the wife in her statement recorded under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. had stated that he had gone out with the petitioner out of her own sweet will and therefore, there is no case of kidnapping is made out in the present case also. Heard learned A.P.P. also.
Having heard both sides, in view of the fact that there is allegation against the petitioner for kidnapping the informant's wife, however earlier also for kidnapping of Gunjan Devi, a case was lodged against the petitioner, in which the petitioner is on bail. As such let the petitioner above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bond of Rs. 25,000 (Rs. Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea in connection with Dhamdaha P.S. Case No. 191 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. It is further subject to the condition that the petitieonr
