Petitioner is accused in connection with Madhubani Town P.S. Case No. 305 of 2016 registered under Sections 406, 420, 120(B), 504 and 467 of the I.P.C.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that similarly situated several co-accused persons have already been allowed bail by different Benches of this Court vide Cr. Misc. Nos. 38348 of 2017, 38074 of 2017 and 33506 of 2018. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 02.08.2019.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on
