The petitioner is in custody in connection with Motipur P.S. Case No. 97 of 2019 for the offences under Sections 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that allegation against the petitioner is that he was involved in loot of pick up van but the petitioner was not named in the F.I.R. yet he has not been put on TIP. Petitioner is in custody since 03.06.2019.

Considering the fact that petitioner was not named in the F.I.R. yet he has not been put on TIP, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees
