====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 11-11-2022 Heard the parties.
This application has been filed for restoration of Civil Misc. 356 of 2016, which was dismissed on 19.08.2016. For the reasons mentioned in this application, it is allowed and Civil Misc. 356 of 2016 is restored to its original file.
Patna High Court MJC No.4093 of 2016(3) dt.11-11-2022 2/2 Civil Misc. 356 of 2016 It seems that the petitioners were trying to delay the disposal of the Pattibandi Case no. 01 of 2013 and therefore, the application dated 27.04.2016 was dismissed.
There is no jurisdictional error in the impugned order dated 27.04.2016.
Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
The Court below will proceed with the matter if the same is kept pending on account of pendency of this revision application in this Court.
