JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 21-12-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 353, 386, 307 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-b)a, 27, 35 of the Arms Act and 17 of C.L.A. Allegation against the petitioner is that some accused were apprehended by the police and one of the accused Ramjeet Singh in his confessional statement disclosed the name of this petitioner and later on, he was implicated in this case. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner and he has got no criminal antecedent and the person, who disclosed his name Ram Dular Kharwar, has been

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.54149 of 2016 (2) dt.21-12-2016 2/2 granted bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court passed in Cr. Misc. No.15474 of 2016 vide order dated 18.4.2016. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, and the case of the petitioner is on better footing from the case of co-accused Ram Dular Kharwar, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge-7th, Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Nauhatta P.S.
