Petitioners are in custody in connection with Gopalpur P.S. Case No. 128 of 2019 for the offence under sections 272, 273, 420 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a)/35/38 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in the instant case total 23 liters of illegal country made liquor was seized.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.57040 of 2019(2) dt.12-09-2019 2/2 petitioner is in custody since 24.7.2019.

Considering the fact that petitioners have no criminal antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioners, let the petitioners, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Twenty five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ADJ-II-cum-Special Judge, Excise, Gopalganj, in connection with Gopalpur P.S. Case No. 128 of 2019.
