The petitioner is apprehending arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 428 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 323 and 498A of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner has filed supplementary affidavit in this case. Para 3 of the same indicates that the petitioner is ready to pay Rs.2,50,000/- at one time and the rest Rs.2,50,000/- will be paid within one month from the date of release of the petitioner.

Under the aforesaid, the petitioner named above, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.57228 of 2019(7) dt.07-07-2020 2/2 one month from today, is directed to be released on provisional bail for a period of six weeks on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Smt. Radha Kumari, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Bhagalpur in connection with Complaint Case No. 428 of 2018 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

After payment of amount, as stated in para 3 of the supplementary affidavit, the court below shall make the provisional bail absolute.
