2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Forbesganj P.S. Case No. 441/2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 21(b) of the NDPS Act.

3. The recovery is of 21 grams of smack from coaccused Madan Kumar Mukhiya.

4. The petitioner is in jail since 13.07.2024 and he claims to have clean antecedent.

5. Considering the period of custody, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sessions-cum-Special Judge, NDSP Act, Araira/concerned court in connection with

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.65589 of 2024(2) dt.01-10-2024 2/2 Forbesganj P.S. Case No. 441/2024.

6. The petitioner is directed to mark his attendance in Pratapganj police station on 1st Sunday and 3rd Sunday of every month. Failure to do so, will result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.

7. The court below will verify the antecedent of the petitioner. If the petitioner is found to be involved in any case, his bail bonds shall not be accepted.
