The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Barauni P.S. Case No. 133 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 153, 158, 504 and 506 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act. Considering the allegation that the petitioner opened fire in order to provoke the offence of rioting in presence of police, I am not inclined to grant him pre-arrest bail . The application is rejected.

In case, the petitioner surrenders and seeks bail, the same shall be considered on its own merit without being
